Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days within Germany. If you place your order before 12 PM, it will often be shipped the same day. International deliveries may take 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Absolutely! You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us via our contact form or email to receive a return label. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund or exchange the item for you.
